Terms & conditions
The terms that apply to this website. Last updated 11 October 2026.
About these terms
This website is operated by SugerPaws Cavoodles. By using the site you accept these terms.
These terms are not the purchase agreement
The sale of a puppy is governed by our separate puppy purchase and reservation agreement, which includes the applicable health warranty terms. You can request a copy of that agreement at any time before you commit, and we encourage you to read it in full.
Enquiries create no obligation
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a puppy and does not oblige you to buy one, nor does it oblige us to sell. A puppy is only reserved once the reservation agreement is completed and the deposit is confirmed.
Information on this site
We keep puppy availability, descriptions and photographs as current and accurate as we reasonably can, but availability changes and a puppy shown as available may be reserved before your enquiry reaches us. Descriptions of temperament are our honest observations of young puppies and are not a guarantee of adult character.
Deposits and payments
A reservation deposit secures your puppy and is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed, whether that is during or after your visit. We accept direct bank transfer and PayID. A payment plan option may be available; where one is agreed, its terms are set out in writing between us before it begins.
Delivery
[Set out how delivery is arranged, who bears the cost, and who carries the risk in transit.]
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms or in our purchase agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Reviews you submit
If you send us a review you confirm it is your own genuine experience and you give us permission to publish it, along with your first name and any photograph you send. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Intellectual property
The content, photographs and branding on this website belong to SugerPaws Cavoodles and may not be reproduced without permission.
