Our process

From first enquiry to bringing your puppy home. Nothing is committed until you have read the agreement and decided you are ready.

1

Browse our puppies

Start on the available puppies page. Each puppy has photographs, their sex and age, and a short note on the temperament we have seen so far. Reserved and adopted puppies stay listed so you can see the whole litter.

2

Send an enquiry

When one of them catches your eye, use the enquiry button on their card. The form takes about a minute and you can select more than one puppy if you are torn. An enquiry is not a commitment.

3

We come back to you

We will contact you as soon as we can with more about the puppy you chose: extra photographs, short videos, how they are getting on, and answers to whatever you have asked. We will also ask a little about your household so we can tell you honestly whether that puppy suits you.

4

Read the puppy purchase agreement

If you would like to go further, ask us for the puppy purchase agreement. It sets out the terms of the sale, including the applicable health warranty terms. Read it properly and ask about anything that is not clear. We would far rather answer questions now than have you sign something you have not read.

5

Reserve your puppy

When you are ready, you complete the puppy purchase and reservation agreement. You can sign and return it by email, or complete it in person when you visit, whichever suits you.

6

Pay the deposit and arrange your visit

A deposit secures your puppy and is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed. Once it is confirmed we settle on a date and time for your visit and pickup, and we are glad to video call so you can see your puppy beforehand.

Because our puppies are raised in our family home, we provide our full address and direct contact details once the reservation is confirmed rather than publishing them. If you have questions before that point, we are always happy to talk them through by phone.

7

Meet your puppy and take them home

Come and meet your puppy, go through the paperwork and the puppy pack with us, ask any last questions, and take your new family member home.

If you are not able to travel to us, we can arrange delivery within Australia. Ask us and we will explain the options and cost.

8

Ongoing support

Our relationship does not end when the puppy goes home. The first fortnight throws up questions, and so does the first year. Ring us whenever you need to.

We also genuinely enjoy the updates, the photographs and the stories as our puppies grow. Many of our families still send them years later, and we hope you will too.

Payment plans

Sometimes the right puppy arrives at the wrong moment financially. A payment plan option may be available, and a number of our families have used one.

The arrangement depends on your circumstances, so rather than publish figures that may not apply to you, we would prefer to talk it through. Mention it in your enquiry and we will explain the options plainly and put the terms in writing before anything is agreed.

Ready to meet your puppy?

Send us an enquiry and we will get back to you with photographs, videos and everything you would like to know. There is no obligation to go ahead.
