How the Christmas puppy reservation works
We have kept the process simple so you know exactly what to expect.
Read the information
Please read all the information on this page before proceeding with a Christmas puppy reservation.
Submit the form and pay your deposit
When you are ready to proceed, click “Start puppy reservation” below the steps or at the bottom of this page and complete the reservation form.
After receiving your form, we will contact you shortly with the deposit details. An $800 fully refundable deposit is required to lock in your reservation.
Meet and choose your puppy
When the puppies are around three weeks old, we will provide individual photographs. You may also arrange a visit to meet the puppies in person.
Families will be contacted in the order their reservations were secured and invited to choose from the puppies available at that time.
Bring your puppy home
The puppies will be ready to go to their new homes from 14 December.
You can arrange a suitable day and time from 14 December onward to collect your puppy. Final collection details will be confirmed with each family beforehand.

Veterinary certificate
From the examination carried out before your puppy goes home.
Microchip registration
Your puppy is microchipped and the registration transferred to you.
Worming and flea treatment records
Dates and products used, so your vet can pick up where we left off.
Age-appropriate vaccination
Recorded by our veterinarian, with the certificate.
Puppy care guide
Feeding, toileting, sleep, settling in and the first few weeks.
Health documentation
The health records we hold for your puppy.
Starter food
The food your puppy is already eating, so their diet does not change on day one.
Comfort item
Something that carries the scent of home and their littermates, which helps enormously the first few nights.
