What we collect
When you send an enquiry or a review we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the puppies you are interested in, your timing, and anything you write in the message box. If you send a photograph with a review, we collect that too.
Our website may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, and advertising platforms we use may set cookies on your device.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to arrange a reservation or visit, to keep you updated about a puppy you have reserved, and to publish reviews you have asked us to publish. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We use Formspree to receive form submissions and Tawk.to for website chat and visitor information. These services process information under their own privacy terms. If we advertise on Google, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, those platforms may also process limited technical information about your visit for that purpose.
The website includes a Google tag for advertising measurement. Google may process information about your visit in accordance with its own privacy terms and your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting reservation, and records relating to a completed sale for as long as Australian law requires business records to be kept.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with your request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Approximate location
We use ipapi.co to estimate your city from your public IP address and personalise our pickup and delivery message. Your browser connects directly to that provider, which receives your IP address. This does not request your device’s GPS location. Our website does not save the lookup in cookies or local storage. IP-based locations may be approximate or incorrect.
Cookies and advertising
We may advertise on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. These platforms may place cookies or similar technology on your device to measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
