Frequently asked questions

If your question is not answered here, please ask us. No question is too small and we would rather you asked than wondered.

Yes, we are RightPaw verified and RPBA (Responsible Pet Breeders Australia) registered.

Availability changes as litters are born and puppies are reserved, so the best way to check what is free right now is our available puppies page, which we keep up to date. If nothing suits you at the moment, let us know and we will keep you posted about upcoming litters.

Yes, in person, once you have reserved. We do not offer viewings before a reservation is made, but the reservation deposit is fully refundable, so there is no risk in securing your puppy first: you meet them in person at your visit, and you can still change your mind and get your deposit back if it does not feel right.

Our puppies go to their new families at eight weeks or older, once they are eating well, have had their veterinary check and are ready for the change.

Yes. Each puppy receives age-appropriate vaccination recorded by our veterinarian, is microchipped and registered, and is treated for internal parasites and fleas. The records come home with you.

We can arrange delivery within Australia when a family cannot travel to us. Delivery is arranged case by case, so please ask when you enquire and we will explain the options and cost.

A payment plan option may be available. The details depend on your circumstances, so please mention it in your enquiry and we will talk it through with you properly before anything is agreed.

We accept direct bank transfer and PayID. If you would prefer another arrangement, ask us when you enquire and we will let you know what we can do.

Yes. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed, whether that is during your visit or beforehand, no questions asked. The full terms are set out in the puppy purchase agreement, which we are always happy to send you before you reserve.

In short: you enquire, we talk, you review the puppy purchase agreement, and if you are happy you complete the reservation and pay a deposit. Our process page walks through every step in detail.

Use the button on any available puppy, or go straight to the enquiry form. It takes about a minute. An enquiry does not commit you to anything.

Yes, and we would prefer that you did. Ask us at any point and we will email you a copy, including the health warranty terms, so you can read it in your own time.

A full puppy pack. The what's included page lists everything, from the veterinary certificate and microchip registration through to starter food and a comfort item.

Most puppies are a little unsettled for a night or two, which is completely normal. The care guide in your puppy pack covers feeding, toileting, sleep and settling, and you are welcome to ring us.

Please contact us first. As a responsible breeder we ask that you never rehome one of our puppies yourself. In most cases we can take the dog back or help find them a suitable new home. Get in touch and we will talk through the options with you.

Yes, for as long as you need it. We stay in touch with our puppy families and we genuinely enjoy the updates and photographs.

Yes. You can read what families have said about their experience on our reviews page, each under their own name and most with a photo of them and their puppy.

That is completely fine, and it is usually the right instinct. Let us know your rough timing in your enquiry and we will keep you posted about upcoming litters without any pressure.
